We approached The R C Church Of St Osmund to find out if we could help to lower the church's energy bills. After looking into the billing we found that they had been rolled onto higher rates because they had failed to renew their previous contracts.

Research finds that in the health sector, energy is one of the biggest overheads with an average hospital spending almost a quarter of it’s energy consumption on heating. With over 20 meters, Mitchell’s Care Homes were spending a considerable amount on keeping their patients warm and running costs were at a high.

Mitchell’s wanted to achieve reductions in their energy bills over a period of three years and needed help to manage their numerous gas and electric outputs so they could be more easily monitored and regulated.

As a multi-site business, we were able to consolidate all of their meters so that Mitchell’s usage could be combined across all their properties to achieve a much lower unit rate.
