Here at Exchange Utility, we work hard to provide fantastic customer care and support for businesses looking to solve the puzzle that is energy procurement. Over the last two years, our rapid growth has paid tribute to our ability to fill this need to a high standard that leaves both customers and suppliers pleased with the results.
This year, we decided to enter the 2016 Energy Live News Awards so we can strive towards gaining industry recognition for our efforts and for the members of staff that are the embodiment of us as a business.
In which categories were Exchange Utility shortlisted?
We’re delighted to announce that, as a result of these efforts, Exchange Utilities newly appointed Director, Kelly Ivison, has been announced as a finalist for Business Person of the Year! Her success, commitment and innovative approach to business energy management has seen her become something to aspire to be for all young women looking to get involved in the energy sector.
Additionally, Anna-Maria Palmas – Head of Customer Experience has also been shortlisted for the Unsung Hero award and we couldn’t be prouder of her. Her involvement in the updating and refinement of our customer service methods has been a large contributor towards our success and we’re elated that she’s getting some recognition for her efforts.
The TELCA finalists 2016 will be anticipating the announcement of the winners at a lavish reception of the big players within the industry on the 30th June 2016 at the Honourable Artillery Company grounds in London.
Exchange Utility Directors Kelly Ivison and John Baker commented on this triumph saying:
“Any achievement that we make is down to the hard work and commitment of our people and we’re extremely proud to be nominated for Business Person of the Year and Unsung Hero.
We dream. We learn. We innovate.
And we just can’t wait to see what this years’ Energy Live Consultancy Awards has in store for us.
