Last week we were very pleased to be able to award a group of team members their NVQ certificates with the help of Lisa Whiteoak and her colleague from the Training Station as well as our Head of Training and Development, Shahid Shami. Their new qualifications range from Business Admin and Management through to Customer Service and the team are free to choose whichever course they like in order to aid their career goals.
